About me
I have been working in various positions in human resources and communication for 20 years, most recently as managing director HR at Germany's leading security service provider with 20,000 employees, and know the challenges in both medium-sized companies and large corporations very well.
In addition to HR management issues and the organization of HR departments, I have dealt intensively with cultural change, transformation, agile working methods and management development and have expanded the topics of employee retention and recruiting in companies.
With any kind of change - be it the introduction of new systems, new development programs, changes
the organizational structure or size or the introduction of new working methods and processes - most people are initially skeptical. Reserved. Cautiously or even dismissively. That is in the nature of things and is not bad at first. Properly involve employees and managers in these changes and create new ones together

In my free time, I live with my husband and two cats on the German-Dutch border
I design our garden, I'm happy about every tomato that survives my own cultivation, I'm in nature a lot and
