Don't misunderstand the name - no content is trivialized or nice cat stories shared here.

Self-reflection is a very important topic in many management issues, in phases of change and transformation. Sometimes this also involves admissions that you prefer to make up with yourself first or to tell your animal, the never-judgmental ally, first.

From this thought resulted the #Cats Talk – a blog about leadership, change, motivation, transformation and having fun at work. My cats accompany me, for example, especially in times of relaxation and reflection - whether it's morning exercise, gardening or reading on the couch - and they have a very balancing, positive influence.

For better legibility, I usually only write in one gender form  (e.g. sometimes 'he', sometimes 'she'), which is then used to represent all genders.
