I consult management on all strategic HR issues, from setting up an HR department to classic HR management issues, digitization and increasing efficiency, cultural development, transformation and development needs to downsizing and restructuring.
One focus in all topics is on how employees and managers can be involved in order to improve the acceptance and success of the activities.​ If desired or required, I can get involved operationally and work directly the internal departments on solutions and implementation.
